Our story
Born from a love of families
Bibi's Babies Inc. was founded on the belief that every family deserves a knowledgeable, caring guide through one of life's most transformative experiences.
Meet Bibi — Founder of Bibi's Babies
Before becoming a professional postpartum doula, Bibi spent more than 33 years working as a professional nanny, caring for children and supporting families with love and dedication. Many of the families she worked with stayed with her long-term — 8 years with one family, 9 years with another, and 16 years with a family she still supports part-time today. These lasting relationships reflect the trust, loyalty, and care she brings to every family she serves.
Her doula journey began 4 years ago when she decided to focus on helping new mothers and their babies during the postpartum period. That passion led her to create Bibi's Babies. As a mother of two adult daughters, Bibi understands how overwhelming and emotional the transition into motherhood can feel — and how much new moms need support, reassurance, and someone they can truly trust.
Bibi helps mothers navigate the challenges of postpartum recovery, newborn care, emotional adjustment, and the difficult moments that can come with childbirth and postpartum depression. Her goal is to make sure every mother feels supported, cared for, and confident — so she can focus on herself, her baby, and her family.
All of Bibi's Babies' doulas are DONA International certified, one of the most respected doula organizations in the world. This certification reflects a commitment to professional excellence, evidence-based support, and compassionate postpartum care for every family served.
"It takes a village."
We truly believe no mother should go through postpartum alone. A strong support system can make all the difference, and we are honored to be part of your village.

Masahwa
Postpartum Doula
My name is Masahwa and I am a postpartum doula. I have been a nanny for the past 29 years and love being able to support families. I come from a large family myself, so caregiving is something that has been a part of my life for a very long time. As a postpartum doula, I'm here to support families as they adjust to life with a new baby-offering calm, practical, and compassionate care during this deeply personal time. I believe that every parent deserves to feel supported, heard, and nurtured as they recover, bond, and find their rhythm at home. My support includes newborn care guidance, emotional and physical recovery support for the birthing parent, feeding assistance (whether breast, bottle, or a combination), and help around the home to ease the daily load. I'm there to hold space for the big emotions, celebrate the small wins, and ensure families don't feel like they have to do it all alone.
Gisele
Postpartum Doula
My name is Gisele and I am a postpartum doula. As a postpartum doula, I offer calm, compassionate support to families as they transition into life with a newborn. I believe the early postpartum period is a sacred and tender time that deserves care, presence, and thoughtful guidance. My role is to nurture the entire household-so parents feel held, heard, and supported as they adjust physically, emotionally, and practically. With a deep commitment to newborn care and family well-being, I provide hands-on assistance with infant care, feeding support (breast, bottle, or both), light household tasks, and emotional reassurance during those early days and nights. Whether it's creating space for rest, answering questions, or simply being a steady, non-judgmental presence, my goal is to ease the load and help families find confidence in their new rhythm
Rosette
Postpartum Doula
My name is Rosette and I am a trained DONA International postpartum doula with over 10 years of professional nanny experience supporting families through the transition into parenthood. I am passionate about providing holistic, compassionate care through gentle newborn support, emotional encouragement, and practical hands-on assistance. My goal is to help families feel nurtured, rested, and confident as they heal, bond, and adjust during the postpartum journey. I proudly support families from diverse backgrounds and am fluent in French, and Swahili.
Patricia
Postpartum Doula
My name is Patricia, and I am a caring, responsible, and dependable doula who truly enjoys caring for and watching over babies. I understand that choosing someone to care for your baby is an important decision, and I strive to create a safe, loving, and calm environment where both babies and parents feel comfortable and supported. I am patient, attentive, and respectful of each baby's individual personality, needs, and routine. Bringing a tiny human into your life—whether through birth, adoption, or foster care—reshapes your life, your family, and your needs. I am in your corner, holding space for you without judgment and willing and able to assist wherever I can. Whether you need help caring for your newborn, a little time to rest, an opportunity to step out and have a moment for yourself, or simply someone there to listen and support you, I am here. It truly does take a village to raise a child. I would be honored to become a trusted and caring part of your family's support system and to provide your baby with the loving care and attention they deserve.
